Augusta Housing is happy to provide landlords with our Landlord Portal web tool, available to all participating landlords. Through the portal you are able to view and reprint rental payments, inspection results, and 1099's. You can also view your currently occupied units, contact information, and direct deposit information. The Landlord Portal allows use of our Secure Document Exchange to send and receive documents to and from Augusta Housing while offering the option for electronic signatures.
Each participating landlord has been sent an introduction letter via USPS mail with a unique registration code gaining you access to the site. To register please visit www.pha-web.com/portals/landlord/1149 and enter your individual registration code. Registration codes are specific to the entity and can not be used to activate multiple accounts. These codes expire, we encourage you to register as soon as you receive your letter.
